We are sure you’ll love your new Muddy Rug products but if for any reason you need to return it; please read the below.

Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned has been used or unnecessarily handled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable but if the product is faulty, we will cover the cost for you. Please keep proof of postage in case it gets lost on the way to us. Please package all return items in their original packaging and return them in the same condition you received them.

We will process a refund as soon as the goods are received back with us in the case of returns, or as soon as we have seen photographic evidence in instances where goods are not to be returned.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order the same working day.

All our parcels are dispatched by the couriers DHL on a Next Day service (some regional variations apply) Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive during busy periods.

The delivery time of personalised products may take up to 7 days.

Please note that orders are not delivered on weekends.

Our Muddy Rugs help to keep the car clean by collecting all the wet mud, dirt and sand but eventually you’ll need to clean them to keep the car looking fresh. Following our care instructions will keep your muddy rugs clean and make them a worthwhile investment for years to come.

Only wash the rug when absolutely necessary.
To save water, allow mud and dirt to dry and then simply vacuum.
To give the rug a longer life, place it in a cotton pillowcase, and machine wash it at 30C with the drum at 600rpm.
Do not use biological washing detergent as this may fade the colour.
Do not use fabric conditioner as this will reduce the effect on the rug’s performance
Dry naturally
Do not place the mat over a radiator to dry.
Do not tumble dry.

Our rugs are designed not to leave marks; however, a combination of cleaning products, sunlight and heat may affect and/or cause discolouration to certain types of seats when covered. We would advise you to lift the rug frequently to allow the material under the rug to be cleaned and aired.

Our IsoFix Rug is suitable for Isofix fittings.
